Q – How Do I get started?
A –  Congratulations, you have a username and password to get this far.  The first thing you need to do is confirm your Contact information along with your photo placed on the system for use with email and printable flyers.  Click on the My Profile link at the top of the main menu to complete the necessary information for you to get started.  You can then also attend one of the many webinars that are available.  Contact support@titlerepsolutions.com for more help and assistance, if necessary.

Q – How do I get my contacts into TitleRepSolutions – How do I import my contacts?
A – The good news is that we can place your contacts into TitleRepSolutions.  You can put any of your data into the system whether you export your Outlook contacts or have any .csv or .txt file that have the appropriate headings for the data columns, ie. Company, Contact Name, address, city, state, zip, phone, email etc.  Contact support@titlerepsolutions.com and forward your file with your username and password and we will place the contacts into your system for you.  To export your outlook contacts – follow the simple instructions or wizard that it steps you through.

Q – How can I add a contact?
A – Once you login to TitleRepSolutions.com – click on the Contacts tab and you will see your contacts database.  In the far upper right corner – you will see a link to add a NEW Contact.

Q – Can I download order sourcing data or information into TitleRepSolutions?
A – The quick answer is NO – you must enter the open order information manually however, you can search the open order and then enter in the closed date and premium income without having to enter all the previous information on the opening.  Entering open order information allows you to click on the agent or company pull down and select a client that is already in your contacts database.

Q – Is the TitleRepSolutions Department Insurance compliant or SB133 compliant?
A – ABSOLUTELY, in fact, TitleRepSolutions has directly interfaced and worked with the DOI to receive a letter of compliance for the TitleRepSolutions.  For more information, contact support@titlerepsolutions.com
